We have received lots of questions regarding “when is the best time to roof?” and “how far out are you from getting a roof on our house?”.  Normally there would be a pretty standard answer of “when it is dry” and “about 4 weeks”. But this year is different.

We just faced one of the harshest winters in many decades and one of the longest. Remember it – it just ended today. Finally the rain has stopped and it looks like we will have several weeks of good weather to start summer off with. But that does not make up for the many lost roofing days generally available 2-3 days a week from November to June.

So be patient – we have roofs the size of a football field that need to be done in the next 3 months along with hundreds of residential roofs.
