Cascade Roofing Portland did an excellent job. When the old shingles were removed, the workers took care to protect the windows, shrubbery, and lawn. No debris was left in the yard. It took them only two days to remove the old shingles, put on new shingles, replace two skylights, add vents, valleys, and drip edges and clean up. The workers were conscientious, polite, and pleasant. I would (and have already) recommend Cascade Roofing.

Our experience was a positive one from the get-go. Nels Goranson is a pleasure to deal with. He estimated 45 days lead time, but had a very capable crew out here in 3 weeks and they were finished in a day after delivering the materials the day before. The next day the very personable "Stan" came out to inspect the job and showed up with a huge Coleus plant. A couple days later we received our statement with another little "surprise" that made the bill go down sweeter! It's no wonder Cascade gets so many accolades.

We chose Cascade Roofing Portland based on your website reviews etc. They were very polite and professional throughout the process. The initial consultation and bid process was low key and comfortable. They were thorough and detailed. Once we placed a down payment (Minimal), they said that they would be able to get our roof done in September or October based on their schedule. Once they had an opening, they contacted us with plenty of time to prepare. They showed up bright and early and completed the new roof within 1 day. Their crews were very impressive, and they wasted no time getting started. Everyone knew their jobs well and worked seamlessly together. Once the job was complete, they thoroughly cleaned the yard and work area. They did not leave any scraps or material behind and swept the sidewalks and deck. The inspector followed up with his visit/inspection and brought a nice bouquet of flowers as a gift. My wife and I were very pleased with everything!

We are happy with the customer service, attention to detail, timeliness of the estimators and crew. I was pleased that they had painted all of the pipes coming up through the roof the same color as the trim. They also added open valleys above the chimney (the chimney off the line of the ridge). They were careful about cleaning up, about asking for details where placement of solar tube and skylight would be.
